THE BLUE BODHI’S WEEKLY HOROSCOPES 11/1/26:Stop Watering the Dead Thing

Hey, hey, my little witchy poos. We have made it through Halloween and Samhain, and hopefully the only thing haunting your house is something you actually invited.
Coming out of the last quarter moon, we’re moving through the waning moon toward the new moon next Monday, November 9. This week, we’re looking at what has stalled, what has overstayed its welcome, and what we keep dragging around because apparently we’ve confused emotional baggage with a loyalty rewards program.
Use this time to release, reassess, rest, and PLAN. What do you want to grow next? What would that require? What needs to stop taking up the space where your next opportunity is supposed to sit?
Read your sun and rising signs. Take what helps, laugh at what hits, and please don’t start a family argument because a horoscope told you to clean your house.
ARIES
Aries, you cannot headbutt November into cooperating. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but the door says “pull.”
This week, look at where you’ve mistaken constant movement for progress. Are you building something you actually want, or are you keeping yourself busy so you don’t have to decide? Release one argument, competition, or self-imposed emergency that keeps eating your attention.
Before the new moon, choose ONE goal and write down the first three steps. Include how much time it needs. “Immediately, through sheer force of personality” is not a schedule.
Your assignment: Give your fire a useful job before it starts another recreational crisis.
TAURUS
Taurus, there is comfortable, and then there is sitting in the same situation so long you’ve developed a coordinating throw pillow.
Take inventory this week. Which routines support you? Which ones keep you pleasantly distracted while absolutely nothing changes? Keep the pleasures that nourish you. Question the habits that leave you frustrated afterward.
Plan one practical improvement before the new moon: a better budget, a calmer morning, a workable boundary. Something you can maintain after the initial excitement wears off.
Your assignment: Make room for what you want. You cannot invite abundance in when its chair is occupied by something you’ve been meaning to deal with since April.
GEMINI
Gemini, your brain has forty-seven tabs open, three are playing music, and one is apparently communicating with 2009.
This week, clear some mental clutter. Revisit the ideas you’ve collected and decide which ones you actually want to pursue. You are allowed to have an interesting thought without giving it a business name and announcing a launch.
Before the new moon, pick one idea worth developing. Write down what you need to learn, what you already have, and what your first step would be.
Your assignment: Finish a thought before adopting six more. They’re ideas, darling, not stray kittens.
CANCER
Cancer, you can love your people without becoming the emotional customer service department for the entire bloodline.
Coming out of Samhain, give yourself room to reflect on family patterns and inherited expectations. What do you value enough to carry forward? What are you ready to stop repeating? “That’s how we’ve always done it” has been responsible for a tremendous amount of nonsense.
Plan one change that makes your home or relationships feel more supportive. Be specific about what you need and who needs to hear it.
Your assignment: Let somebody manage their own feelings while you eat your dinner hot.
LEO
Leo, you do not have to turn every period of uncertainty into a comeback special. Sometimes you’re simply figuring something out in sweatpants.
Release the pressure to make your progress impressive enough for an audience. What would you want to create, enjoy, or explore if nobody could clap for it yet? Give that some attention this week.
Before the new moon, plan a small, private commitment to something that brings you joy. Put it on the calendar before everybody else’s needs claim the space.
Your assignment: Feed the part of you that loves living, even when it isn’t being photographed.
VIRGO
Virgo, you have identified the problem, color-coded the problem, and made a spreadsheet documenting the problem’s childhood.
Now decide what you can actually do about it.
This week is useful for releasing perfectionism that has disguised itself as preparation. Look at the task you keep postponing until you have better information, better supplies, or a completely different personality.
Before the new moon, define what “finished” would reasonably look like. Then plan a manageable first version.
Your assignment: Make something easier. If your self-care routine requires a project manager, we may need to revisit the instructions.
LIBRA
Libra, “I’m fine with whatever” is a fascinating statement from someone who will be privately irritated by six of the available options.
This week, practice admitting what you want while it’s still a preference, before it ferments into resentment. Release one agreement you keep making purely to avoid a mildly uncomfortable conversation.
As you plan for the new moon, consider what fair exchange looks like in your relationships. What can you offer willingly? What do you need in return?
Your assignment: Make one clear decision without conducting a public opinion survey. The committee has had enough snacks.

SCORPIO
Scorpio, you may close the investigation. You have enough information to decide whether this situation deserves more of your time.
This week, notice where you keep reopening an old wound to see whether it has become a different story. Put the screenshots down for a minute. Ask what you need now, rather than what you wish somebody had done then.
Before the new moon, write down one pattern you want to change and the boundary or action that would support that change.
Your assignment: Give your attention somewhere new to go. Even your inner detective deserves paid leave.
SAGITTARIUS
Sagittarius, before you book a flight, change careers, or announce that you’re moving to a mountain, try identifying what you’re actually dissatisfied with.
You may need adventure. You may also need to answer an email and stop saying yes to things you resent.
Release one commitment that no longer fits, where you reasonably can. Then use the week to plan something that gives you a meaningful sense of possibility.
Before the new moon, check the cost, the calendar, and the follow-through required.
Your assignment: Give your big idea directions. “Somewhere amazing” is difficult to enter into the GPS.
CAPRICORN
Capricorn, if you have to personally hold the entire operation together, we need to inspect the operation.
This week, review the responsibilities you’ve accumulated. Which belong to you? Which did you pick up because somebody stood near a task looking confused long enough?
Release one unnecessary obligation, delegate something, or renegotiate a deadline. Then plan for a goal that matters to you personally.
Before the new moon, decide what success would look like if you were allowed to enjoy it while it happened.
Your assignment: Schedule rest before your body books it for you with a deeply inconvenient arrival time.
AQUARIUS
Aquarius, your vision is fascinating. We do, however, need a version that can be explained without a whiteboard and a three-part documentary.
Use this week to bring one future idea into the present. What problem would it solve? Who would it help? What could you realistically do with it this month?
Release an outdated plan if you’ve learned something that changes the direction. You’re allowed to revise your thinking without defending your previous PowerPoint.
Before the new moon, choose one experiment small enough to try.
Your assignment: Take the first practical step. Humanity can wait twenty minutes while you locate the relevant password.
PISCES
Pisces, you are allowed to have a feeling without immediately assigning it a prophecy.
This week, give yourself enough quiet to sort through what you’re experiencing. Write things down. Rest. Notice what changes after food, sleep, and a little distance from everybody else’s business.
Release one habit that leaves you feeling scattered or depleted. Then plan something that supports your creativity or spiritual practice in a way you can actually sustain.
Before the new moon, give your dream a time, a place, and a first action.
Your assignment: Put feet under the vision. It has been floating around the room long enough.

A LITTLE MAGIC FOR EVERYBODY
Before next Monday, write down three things:
What am I finished feeding?
What do I want to make room for?
What practical step will help me get there?
Then look at your answers and make a plan you can live with. Leave some breathing room. You are planning a beginning, not signing a contract to become an entirely new person by breakfast.
Let the past teach you something without giving it permanent control of the calendar.
And for the love of all things witchy, if you release it this week, please don’t send it a “hey, stranger” text next week.
