The Good Witch of Hollywood

Joining this video and live-stream series is Patti Negri, the psychic medium, author, and

teacher known as the “Good Witch of Hollywood.”

Patti is widely recognized for her recurring appearances on Ghost Adventures. Her

television credits also include Portals to Hell, MasterChef, and America’s Got Talent,

alongside online appearances with TFIL Overnight. She is the author of Old World

Magick for the Modern World and hosts The Witching Hour podcast. Her work

earned her the Parapod award for Best TV Psychic in 2023.

With her experience in mediumship, séance work, and magical practice, Patti brings

her own unmistakable perspective to our time in Haunted Hollywood. I am so excited to

Mark Burnham —

The Man Behind Leatherface

We’re also welcoming Mark Burnham, who portrayed Leatherface in Netflix’s Texas

Chainsaw Massacre (2022)—bringing one of horror’s most recognizable characters

back to the screen.

​

An actor and filmmaker with a background in the MET Theatre Workshop, Mark’s

film credits include Lowlife, Wrong, Wrong Cops, and Reality. He also co-produced

and appeared in Hidden in the Woods, and his television work includes Buffy the

Vampire Slayer and 3rd Rock from the Sun.

​

If you love the people behind the monsters as much as the movies themselves, this is one guest you’ll want to tune in for!

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

The Blue Bodhi's goal is to provide the highest quality services for everyone. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations are all a necessary evil in today's world. If you know that you will be late or cannot make your appointment, please let us know immediately so Bodhi isn't waiting on an appointment and so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list. 

​

No shows are subject to losing your deposit and/or appointment fee. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling if there have been no show appointments with no communication.

​

Late arrivals within 10 minutes of the appointment time will be able to keep an appointment if the appointment is an hour long. For appointments that are only 30 minutes, 10 minutes late can cause issues with the reading and/or service. If you are 15 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled.

​

CANCELATION POLICY & FEE SCHEDULE FOR  RETREATS

There are no refunds if you cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the retreat. Deposits and payments cannot be transferred to another retreat or another person. If a refund is due, we will refund the credit card used to pay for the retreat.

​

If you need to cancel a residential retreat, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a message to the site.

The Blue Bodhi books up weeks in advance and there is a waiting list. Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours in advance so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations are not subject to a return of fees. Cancellations before 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled with no further fees or deposits.

 

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service, classes and more without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold The Blue Bodhi, LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any service of the services offered on the website.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Blue Bodhi, LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
