HAPPY SPOOKY SEASON!

 

We’ve made it to the first full week of fall, and October is almost at the door.

 

Before we get to this week’s magic, I want to say how happy I am to hear that so many of you are reaching out after receiving your goodies. Thank you, once again, for your patience and kindness while I’ve worked through the mess with orders and messages.

 

For the past seven months, I’ve been personally handling everything, from your orders to your messages. It has allowed me to fix a lot of things, ensure that all orders have actually been sent and not just archived, and get back in touch with all of you where I had not been getting messages that y'all were sending.

 

I can promise you that will never happen again.

 

Right now, I’m keeping all access to customer information and orders in my own hands due to past experiences.

 

I know that means some things have taken longer, and I appreciate more than you know the grace you’ve given me to speak with you and take care of your orders personally.

 

If you haven’t heard from me yet, please give me just a little more time. I’m still going through messages and getting caught up, and I’ll keep working my way through them.

 

I also want to thank everyone who reached out this past week about Zeus. 15+ years is a long life for any doggie, and we consider ourselves so lucky to have been loved by that little personality for so long. To those who have shared personal stories about their furry kiddos who have crossed the rainbow bridge, thank you. Knowing you understand, and knowing your furry kids are there waiting to welcome him, has helped more than you realize.

 

Your condolences and the love you’ve shown my little old man and my family have meant so much. We miss him terribly, and I’m grateful you’ve held us so gently through this.

  • Tuesday, September 29 — The Bones Remember. I finally found my bone and charm kit after it had been packed away for a year, and I’m bringing it back out for this one.

  • Wednesday, September 30 — The October Omen. A look at what may be stirring as we cross into a new month.

  • Thursday, October 1 — The Orchard Oracle. A little harvest-season wisdom for the road ahead.

  • Friday, October 2 — Something fun is coming in the goodies department. Keep an eye out!

  • Saturday, October 3 — Written in the Stars. This is a new, personal style of divination using your birth chart alongside the cards, with a focus you choose.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

The Blue Bodhi's goal is to provide the highest quality services for everyone. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations are all a necessary evil in today's world. If you know that you will be late or cannot make your appointment, please let us know immediately so Bodhi isn't waiting on an appointment and so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list.

No shows are subject to losing your deposit and/or appointment fee. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling if there have been no show appointments with no communication.

​

Late arrivals within 10 minutes of the appointment time will be able to keep an appointment if the appointment is an hour long. For appointments that are only 30 minutes, 10 minutes late can cause issues with the reading and/or service. If you are 15 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled.

CANCELATION POLICY & FEE SCHEDULE FOR  RETREATS

There are no refunds if you cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the retreat. Deposits and payments cannot be transferred to another retreat or another person. If a refund is due, we will refund the credit card used to pay for the retreat.

If you need to cancel a residential retreat, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a message to the site.

The Blue Bodhi books up weeks in advance and there is a waiting list. Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours in advance so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations are not subject to a return of fees. Cancellations before 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled with no further fees or deposits.

 

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service, classes and more without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold The Blue Bodhi, LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any service of the services offered on the website.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Blue Bodhi, LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
