About the event

Would you like to win Bodhi's car, Lou? Bodhi needs a bigger car with 4WD but doesn't want to just sell or trade Lou in. Instead, she would like to give Lou to one of her loyal fans who have made her life so fantastic.

Lou is a 2016 Kia Soul + with (as of this description writing 1/1/2023) 79,500 miles. Lou has the sport package with normal, sport, and eco-drive modes. He is bright green with a black and green interior. (Pictures will be added asap)

Lou has been to the four edges of the US with Bodhi in 2022: California, Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans and so many other places in between. Lou has driven strong through one of the worst ice storms and ran amazingly well through 113-degree temperatures in the desert. 

Lou loves his spa days and has been well taken care of by Bodhi. Bodhi will be adding the stickers that she has picked up throughout the US to Lou as badges of where he has been. Lou also will have a special sigil on the window and more goodies to make him truly stand out! Lou's winner will also get a few goodies from Bodhi. :)

This is why Bodhi doesn't want to just sell him to just anyone.

These raffle tickets will go on sale on January 1, 2023, at 8 PM CST and the drawing for the winner will be on the Spring Solstice, at noon CST at Bodhi's shop, 9 South Main, Sapulpa, OK 74066. If the winner isn't present, no worries! Bodhi will contact you and bring Lou to you - or close to you! So, Bodhi will personally hand you the keys to Lou.

There are two types of tickets:

Regular raffle tickets are $50 for one entry. 

Special edition tickets are $100 for three entries and are limited to a set number.

All raffle tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. They are a chance to win a car free and clear - and a special car at that. 

Tickets are limited to those in the continental US ONLY. Sorry guys. It's too hard to transfer a car across the border.

Lou is being given away as is - there is no warranty given or implied. You will get the receipts and so on for anything that Bodhi has done to him. You will get a bill of sale and an 'as is' page. Lou will have a spa day before he is given away, meaning an oil change and checking of all the fluids and filters. 

IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TRANSFER THE TAG AND TITLE INTO YOUR NAME. Bodhi is not responsible for any costs after you take possession of Lou.

It will be your responsibility to carry insurance on Lou once you take possession according to your state's laws and requirements.

Lou will be given away with a free and clear title and will be completely yours.

All proceeds go toward Lou's payoff, upkeep, new sparkle, and the downpayment on a new 4wd for Bodhi to traverse the US in.

NOTE: There must be a minimum of tickets sold for Lou to be given free and clear. If the threshold is not reached, Bodhi will put together a large amount of products, services, etc equal to the value of the raffle.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

The Blue Bodhi's goal is to provide the highest quality services for everyone. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations are all a necessary evil in today's world. If you know that you will be late or cannot make your appointment, please let us know immediately so Bodhi isn't waiting on an appointment and so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list.

No shows are subject to losing your deposit and/or appointment fee. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling if there have been no show appointments with no communication.

​

Late arrivals within 10 minutes of the appointment time will be able to keep an appointment if the appointment is an hour long. For appointments that are only 30 minutes, 10 minutes late can cause issues with the reading and/or service. If you are 15 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled.

CANCELATION POLICY & FEE SCHEDULE FOR  RETREATS

There are no refunds if you cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the retreat. Deposits and payments cannot be transferred to another retreat or another person. If a refund is due, we will refund the credit card used to pay for the retreat.

If you need to cancel a residential retreat, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a message to the site.

The Blue Bodhi books up weeks in advance and there is a waiting list. Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours in advance so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations are not subject to a return of fees. Cancellations before 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled with no further fees or deposits.

 

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service, classes and more without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold The Blue Bodhi, LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any service of the services offered on the website.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Blue Bodhi, LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Blue Bodhi, LLC, assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our services or products; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically.
