Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any service, ritual working, reading, session, or custom product from The Blue Bodhi LLC or any associated brands, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. All Services Are Non-Refundable All sales are final. Due to the nature of spiritual services—and the time, preparation, energy work, and materials involved—no refunds, returns, cancellations, or credits will be issued for any reason. 2. Custom & Energetic Work Is Considered “Consumed” Once Begun Many offerings involve personalized spiritual work, customized intuitive services, candle workings, prepared ingredients, or divinatory processes that cannot be undone, resold, or reclaimed. Once work has started or ingredients have been used, the service is considered fully rendered. 3. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of The Blue Bodhi LLC but is not guaranteed. 5. MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

The Blue Bodhi's goal is to provide the highest quality services for everyone. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations are all a necessary evil in today's world. If you know that you will be late or cannot make your appointment, please let us know immediately so Bodhi isn't waiting on an appointment and so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list.

No shows are subject to losing your deposit and/or appointment fee. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling if there have been no show appointments with no communication.

Late arrivals within 10 minutes of the appointment time will be able to keep an appointment if the appointment is an hour long. For appointments that are only 30 minutes, 10 minutes late can cause issues with the reading and/or service. If you are 15 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled.
