Astral Combat: Level I

Astral defense, energetic awareness, spiritual protection, & responsible engagement.

Service Description

Astral Combat: Level I introduces students to the foundational principles of identifying, avoiding, and responding to energetic and astral threats. This course approaches astral combat as a disciplined protective practice—not as reckless confrontation, fear-based spirituality, or permission to interpret every uncomfortable experience as an attack. Throughout six weeks, students will learn how to strengthen their energetic awareness, recognize the difference between internal reactions and external influences, establish protective boundaries, and respond without surrendering control to panic. The course explores the astral body, personal energy signatures, common forms of interference, defensive visualization, shielding, warding, energetic weapons, disengagement techniques, and post-encounter cleansing and recovery. Students will also examine the ethics of astral defense, including when action is appropriate, when withdrawal is wiser, and how to avoid unnecessary escalation. Emphasis will be placed on discernment, self-regulation, preparation, and maintaining authority over one’s own spiritual space. Topics may include: Understanding the astral environment and astral body Recognizing energetic intrusion and interference Differentiating spiritual activity from fear or projection Grounding, centering, shielding, and containment Creating and using astral defensive tools Breaking contact and safely exiting an encounter Cleansing, repair, recovery, and strengthening after conflict Ethical boundaries and responsible defensive practice By the end of Level I, students will have a structured foundation for navigating astral experiences with greater confidence, clarity, and control. This course prepares students for more advanced study involving astral entities, complex energetic attachments, hostile environments, and advanced defensive techniques. Taught by The Blue Bodhi. This course is intended for spiritual and educational purposes only and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or other professional care.
