You Are Energy

I know that we all hear how we are made up of energy, but do you realize how much of you is actually energy? According to science, your body is made up of atoms. At the tiniest part of you are even tinier little pieces, molecules that make up the building blocks of who you are. However, what is in between those molecules?


Energy.


There is more energy in your body than you know or realize. In fact, you're mainly energy. Energy holds together the molecules that build the atoms that build the cells that build your organs that make you go. Energy is what holds everything in the universe together - or apart.


I want you to think about something for a moment: if you are mainly energy, then what are you doing with it?


Just consider for a moment what you would do if you could control that energy. What could you accomplish? What changes would you make? What would you do? Where would you go?


Now, imagine this - you have the control of that energy. YOU. No one else. You hold the controller. Everything that you do, everything that you say, everything that you think - all of those things control your energy. They direct it, give it purpose.


So what are you focusing your energy on? Internally, what are you focusing your energetic body on? Are you continually negative, are you in a constant state of being down, being around negativity? The easiest way for us to be is in a negative state because that is what we have been programmed to do our entire lives. All media is fear-based, because that gets ratings. If you're continually bombarded with negativity and sadness, it creates an air of that all in your energy. So that is where you stay.


People talk all the time about moving your energy to a positive shift - I do as well. It sounds corny af to talk about that to most people. I mean, how can your thoughts, your words, just shift your energy over to something that is life-changing?


Well, it can and it's easy - and hard - at the same time. It is a reprogramming of your brain, of your thoughts, of where you allow your thoughts to go. Now, because we have been programmed to be negative constantly, this can be an undertaking because you have to force that change for the first couple of weeks. After about two weeks, you'll notice that you'll start to do this automatically. It will begin to happen more and more over time and eventually you'll realize that you are a completely different person than you used to be a month ago, six months ago, etc.


The key is to actively be focused on changing your energy. It does take work. Period. It's easy, but you have to stay with it.


I know that you can do it. Do you want to know how I know? Because I pulled myself up from one of the lowest times in my life by doing this. I did it and I know that you can too.
