About the event

Be a part of the very foundation of The Reliquary as we start up the season and get ready for renovations! Have your name - or the name of a loved one - added to the walls of the sanctuary. Each name will be added in the cathedral of the building with it's antique sloped flooring and amazing craftsmanship. A well loved space for generations of local families, many who immigrated from Germany and Poland, as well as those who have come after, this event is a wonderful way for you to become a part of the foundation of the next chapter in the restoration and magic of this epic location.


All proceeds go to help with the renovations of the building and keep the spirits happy (upkeep of the graveyard). The Reliquary is a unique almost 200-year old graveyard and church with an interesting and amazing background. The current building is…

    Have your name live on the Witches’ Wall at The Reliquary in the cathedral.

  • Remembrance Wall Placement

    Have the name of a loved one or furry kid who has passed away placed in a special spot in the cathedral.

  • Cathedral Pillar Placement

    Have your name added to one of the two foundational pillars in the cathedral. Limited space available. These two pillars are on the steps to the stage in the cathedral and will be where everyone can see them. No business or vulgar user names will be allowed.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

The Blue Bodhi's goal is to provide the highest quality services for everyone. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations are all a necessary evil in today's world. If you know that you will be late or cannot make your appointment, please let us know immediately so Bodhi isn't waiting on an appointment and so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list.

No shows are subject to losing your deposit and/or appointment fee. We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling if there have been no show appointments with no communication.

​

Late arrivals within 10 minutes of the appointment time will be able to keep an appointment if the appointment is an hour long. For appointments that are only 30 minutes, 10 minutes late can cause issues with the reading and/or service. If you are 15 minutes late, the appointment must be rescheduled.

CANCELATION POLICY & FEE SCHEDULE FOR  RETREATS

There are no refunds if you cancel within 2 weeks of the start of the retreat. Deposits and payments cannot be transferred to another retreat or another person. If a refund is due, we will refund the credit card used to pay for the retreat.

If you need to cancel a residential retreat, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a message to the site.

The Blue Bodhi books up weeks in advance and there is a waiting list. Cancellations are only accepted 48 hours in advance so your appointment can be given to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations are not subject to a return of fees. Cancellations before 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled with no further fees or deposits.

 

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service, classes and more without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold The Blue Bodhi, LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any service of the services offered on the website.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Blue Bodhi, LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
